When the chicken is frozen, transfer the kabobs to a foil tray or baking sheet. Cover the tray with foil and place the small bag of sauce on top. Freeze.
Grill the kabobs on the BBQ over medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, flipping the skewers halfway through cooking.
Or on the BBQ from frozen: Grill them, covered, over medium-high heat, turning frequently, for a total of about 15 minutes.
Or cook the thawed kabobs in the oven on a baking sheet coated in oil at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cook time.
