Assembly Instructions:
Combine the macaroni, ground beef, onion, green pepper, seasoning salt, red pepper flakes, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large freezer bag.
Squeeze the contents of the bag together to mix the ingredients together.
Seal the bag and remove excess air. Place the bag in the freezer until you’re ready to eat.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw.
Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the contents of the bag and stir.
Allow the mixture to simmer until heated through.
Top with shredded cheese before serving if desired.
