Cook the chicken and shred it. (Using rotisserie chicken is a great time saver for this recipe if you prefer)
Add the rice, chicken, eggs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, salt, onion, garlic, and peas to a large resealable freezer bag.
Shake the bag to combine, then seal. Remove excess air, then seal. Freeze.
Thaw.
Pour the contents of the bag into a large skillet.
Garnish with sliced green onion before serving if desired.
