Squish the bag to combine. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Thaw.
Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the ingredients from the bag into the dish and bake for one hour, until the chicken is cooked through.
Thaw.
Pour the contents of the bag into the slow cooker. Cook on low for four to six hours.
