Stir in the chopped celery or water chestnuts, cooked chicken, and shredded cheese.
Place the ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag. Remove excess air from the bag, and seal. Freeze.
Thaw.
Preheat the oven to 350‡.
Transfer the dip to a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
