To put together this freezer meal, place chicken pieces in a large resealable bag. Dump all the rest of the ingredients in the bag. Squish it to mix everything together. Remove the excess air, seal, and freeze.
On the day of cooking, take the bag out of the freezer to thaw.
After thawing, place the chicken and sauce in a covered casserole dish. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for one hour, uncover during the last 10 minutes.
Place thawed chicken and sauce into the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
