What if my family doesn’t like the meals?

I have a few very picky eaters in my home, so I understand this question well. The course does provide a few meal plans with recipes to get you started, but what it really teaches you is how to take your own tried-and-true recipes and adapt them into freezer meals so that both you and your family can be happy.

What should I store my freezer meals in?

There are a lot of options for this but we recommend using resealable freezer bags because they are the most space efficient. Some people are concerned about storing food in plastic. Alternatives include glassware, silicone containers, and mason jars. The freezer bags that we use are BPA-free and safe for using with food for freezing.

How long do freezer meals keep?

The general rule of thumb is that you can store your meals in the freezer for 3-6 months. Removing the excess air from the bags will help prevent freezer burn and make the meals last longer.
